I am a User Experience Designer with interest in psychology and have worked for varied personas from driver-partners in the Ola Driver app to appetising users in Foodpanda, to making better rider experiences for Ola Cabs Consumer app. I also worked for the financial world at Phonepe, where I led design for the Mutual fund charter. Currently, I work for the Bing Travel team at Microsoft, designing for travellers around the world and carving ways for AI fusion within Microsoft products for an intelligently superior experience.

I am equipped with digging & solving problems through the desired design process, creating production-grade interfaces, conducting user research & validation, and prototyping micro-interactions & usability prototypes.

I believe design is all about the human mind and about understanding how the mind works in different environment and context. The human mind behaves, connects, and thinks in very complex and unpredictable ways - often biased & following patterns. Here I believe - that psychology can help us understand & predict the human mind, and design better environments & products.
